Damn people never told me it was leaking. :shakes head: I just finished everything just before the new renter showed up.

Now I need a nap. Zzzzzz

I would have to pass on renting, just me.

Our contract expired June 30Th and the new one isn't in place yet ! I'll have to work 1day under the new contract then I'm done.
We haven't had a bump in our pension in 14yrs. I would hate to retire under the old contract and find out a few weeks later that the new contract contained a bump

Went to get a MT. Dew from gas station and there was a parking lot full of challengers, chargers and an older vette. To bad I was in the Fit. :icon17:

I got the motive universal cap to try on the clutch. I wanted to be able to blast all the crap out of the system like I can with the brakes. It works. Did a dry run to make sure the lid sealed and only ran it at 8psi max. Good stuff for $25

Interesting.. I believe the FSM specifically says not to use any pressure or vacuum device to flush the clutch fluid. That may be due to the not-so-beloved CSC though. Which is no longer an issue for you.

We are making more money on it then what I thought we would. I expect some stuff to break, but it has been the weird chit. How in the hell do you bend a door striker, and cause a toilet to leak? :shakes head:

madwi 07-07-2019 03:32 PM

Ordered stack of OSB for garage walls and ceiling. Delivery for Friday.

madwi 07-07-2019 03:35 PM

Thinking of busting out the nail gun for wall sheets and screws for ceiling pieces to make sure it dont sag.

I would suck out the old fluid and wipe clean the inside of the reservoir before using pressure to bleed. By sucking out and wiping the inside clean. You remove any chance of any particles getting blown down through the line.

In my dad's garage. I used cheap paneling for walls, and 3/4 plywood on top of the rafters, under the rafters, used white marlite paneling. We used the area above the rafters for storage. That's why the 3/4 plywood. I also installed a set of pull down steps to get above the garage.

I did the test run on the kids G and keep it under 8psi max. 5-6 psi was plenty to flow. The slave in that looks just like the one in the cmak. As soon as his car is out of my micro garage I'll get mine in and do the same.
