When you have to go meet with some VIPs, you sometimes dread having to do that, or make jokes about them.... Do you ever think that theres now some employees that think the same about having to meet with you?

The only person at my company that makes me feel that way is my CEO, in that there is just no BS with him. He sees right through it in a truly eerie way. You can talk with him, laugh with him, joke with him, and he's an incredibly good guy - but he's not tame, and he'll let you know if he thinks you're being a jackass.

But yes, there has definitely been a change in how a lot of my co-workers treat me. I don't really get it.

Hole poker in the beginning then switch to glazer later. I prefer it that way. It's easier to spread the glazing like that. It's nice a creamy, not hard and lumpy.
