Mix about 60% venison to 40% pork butt.Grind the two up like hamburger.Mix in venison bacon seasoning ,cure and a little water.Mix everything together real well.Pack this into a cake pan or small roaster so you have made a brick.Put in fridge for a day or two to set up.Take out of your pan and put in smoker.Time can very but I do about 4hrs at a 150F.Slice in strips when done and you have Deer Bacon.

From an article: Apparently, it is as the Nile Crocodile has now been captured twice around Miami, Florida. If you did not know, Nile Crocodiles are primarily found in the Nile River in Africa. They are the American Aligator's violent cousin and are not to be taken lightly.Jul 11, 2017

The foot been broken 3 times. Have a couple of pins in it. Have torn 2 tendons in it. The 2 toes next to the big toe don't flex. I have limited movement in the big toe. I bent the big toe too far up, and paying the price for it. :shakes head:

The insurance companies in this state would like to see them all dead. The number one claim is deer hits.

They will go after small dogs with the quickness. That is why folks buy AR-15's with 30 round magazines. To fight off the coyotes. They were out there in the cow pasture 2 weeks ago. We have a pack that roams around my area. Guess if you are a city boy you wouldn't understand these things.

I have been trying to teach them that if they show their faces in the yard, they got shot at.

We have chronic wasting deer disease going around here. Lots of shoot on site permits issued in the affected areas.
