I aint gonna lie, its awesome! I need to do a few more 3rd gear WOT pulls for logging. Wish you were here for them!

I've never ventured to your neck of the woods but I think it is going to be one of my destinations this summer. You can take it out and see how you like it in person. :driving:

madwi 05-10-2019 09:49 AM

I really wanted to row through the gears but I was good-ish. Hard to resist when the turbo starts to come alive.

That'd be fantastic! We've got a guest room you can stay in when you're here, (on a separate floor so we don't have to hear you spanking your monkey) and my wife is a good cook. Come on by any time!

Those rains usually find their way up towards KC.... :shakes head::shakes head:

That chit needs to head more east than north.... :ugh2:

It doesn't rain heavy in Seattle like it does here. Frankly, I'm happy to have the rain. My yard loves it. The Z hasn't been out of the garage since last year anyway :ugh:

I'll just add that this is the beauty of having special cars, none more so than the mighty Zed, in that there are many excellent people willing to share knowledge and experiences and pass that on. This job could have ended very badly for me without help from fellow Z forum users so thank you all very much once again

Long live the Zed :icon18:

Hotrodz 05-10-2019 11:51 AM

Even though it's been months since I've messed with one, I'm sick of using regular pliers on hose clamps :shakes head:

So a proper set of hose clamp pliers arrived yesterday along with a gallon of glass cleaner

Just dropped EW off at the body shop to pick up his ride. Gotta admit, it looks pretty good.
