That and the flex pipe. I'm surprised our inspector didn't catch that when we bought the house two years ago.

Flexible pipe isn’t against code. At least not in Texas. No p trap would be.

Didn't you get any smell up through the sink?

Sorry to hear. Hope it is sorted quickly and heals up well.

How is a simple flight from either Syracuse or Rochester to Knoxville over $1,000 for 2 people round trip. Absolute scam. I'll need to find out some way to do this. No way am I paying those prices just to go to ZdayZ.

Check Chattanooga TN and/or Greenville/Spartanburg SC airports... they might be a bit farther away than Knoxville, but not much. Additionally, Allegiant Airlines flies out of both airports and they're cheap.

Surprisingly no

I made it out of Fremont, NE in the nick of time. If I waited 2 more hours, I would have been stranded.

Might just be a different state. Code varies by city, so entire different state doesn’t surprise me. I had two in the house I sold because I was too lazy to replumb everything. Inspector pointed it out as subpar plumbing but it wasn’t a code violation. I didn’t fix it.

Sorry to hear about Jake; Hopefully it’ll heal up.
