i know :shakes head:

i felt a touch of age last week. had a hockey game and i'm not super flexible and had to make a save by doing pretty much a full split. it hurt.....just a bit :bowrofl:

well remember i'm only turning 32 this weekend.

sadly, i've never been flexible. i messed up as a kid not to keep up on good stretching and whatnot no one told me thats when you can actually develop great flexibility.

balance was always good just not super flexible. hurt me a touch in wrestling but as a goalie it def would be nice to have the ability to do a split on purpose lol

when your cup hits the ground you've gone too far. lesson learned.
