I still don't get how it was cracked that badly. I have the exact one as well. Moto g6. This thing is fairly rugged considering how glassy it is. No micro scratches and I use it without any protection as well. Good news is that replacing the screen is easy. Just need a heat gun and a suction cup to remove the screen. You'll need a spudger as well to get rid of the shards that the suction cup leaves behind.

Get her a basic rubberized case. The phone is very very slippery to hold due to the curved glass back.

i get called out about why hasnt an invoice from october been paid (first off i'm not AP thats not even my job but i delat with updating the record and dealing with said vendor)

i email back saying it was updated and ready to be paid (by AP) 11/28 and i notified person 1 (who sent this BS email calling me out) and person 2 (who no longer works here).

my boss insta calls me and says you cant send emails saying peoples names like that..........yea kiss my *** i'm not some vaginal passive aggressive type. i simply stated who i responded to and attached said email. i got too much to do than spend time being petty with directors.

i did email upon reopening the dead record so that AP could process payment. the delay that took me 3 weeks to complete was getting a company in india to send me a valid W8. regardless it was an october invoice, few weeks until AP passed it to me, 3 weeks of me emailing them to get what we needed, and 10 min of me updating the info.

not my fault it's been like a cleansing here with lay offs that i was unaware the AP rep i replied to (along with the patents person still bitching about this) was let go. i guess now i'm HR and know of all employees current statuses.

yea i feel the same. my boss was only concerned with current relationship issues with my group and AP and i named names. i'm just like but i didnt say anything negative. i simply outline the timeline and steps that were taken to clarify the current status. literally told her its too early on a monday for me to care about idiots feelings.
