oooooooo someone just posted these paddle shifters that just snap onto the OEM paddles that are 70% longer. i need these.

i only havent both better ones because i dont want to do the install of tearing the column apart lol

I started Kingdom come:deliverance and get into the first choose the stat you want to boost and it crashes. :rolleyes: Ill have to put some time into looking at why. Looks to be a fun game though.

I've heard some people have a ton of issues with this game, including things like this. I'm one of the fortunate who have no issues whatsoever. Weird.

Just to further add to it. Literally just got a call for an interview I applied to 3 weeks ago for the 10th.

I went through something similar with my current role. Sort of. I received a call to come in for an interview pretty quickly, and went for that. Heard nothing for a couple of weeks. Got a call for a second interview, did it, heard nothing for a couple weeks. Got a call for a third interview, this time with the CEO, went for it, heard nothing for a couple weeks. Received job offer for more money than I had asked, and with better benefits than I ever expected.

Sometimes things work slowly, and can still end up great.

Yea. I looked at my filing for the position at it was 30+ days ago. I can understand with it being the holidays and everything. Still better than the morons at the previous place. 5+ months with 6 interviews before landing the job.

Job market always crawls in December unless there is a specific urgent need. Should pick up now that the holidays are over and everyone was their 2019 funding.

When I worked for Elliott. I had 3 interviews. The forman, the general forman, who offered me money, then the shop manager who offered me more money than the general forman. :rofl2: Plus welding test and a machinist test.

At Duke Energy. I had 4 interviews. Production Team Leader, Operation Manager, Plant Manager, and HR. Plus a Dept of Homeland Security back ground check.

Some guy on the 370z FB group makes those paddle extensions as well for both cars I believe.
