I made some Black Pepper Beef stir fry. Tenderized the beef with baking soda. My gf came home and said it smelled like a restaurant in here. It was very delicious!

I had a hard time looking for that chinese cooking wine, but I read that you can substitute it with dry sherry wine. And the oyster sauce, only found oyster flavor sauce. lol. There, I just saved you a couple hours of hunting around grocery stores.lol
