Does your back still bother you? One of the reasons sometimes i rather take my car to the shop. My back still bothers me. I cant stand for extended periods, if I go running, my back will kill me after only a few minutes. Elliptical machines kept me in shape though......many years ago..lol

Every once in a while. It will flare a little. I do some back exercises. Have a hard time touching my toes. What kills my back is shopping with the wife. Standing around in one spot waiting for her to pick something out. :icon14:
