So I made it to California and back safely. It was a 16 hour day and 750 miles and zero stops for fuel! I just had to make pee and eat stops lmao.

Sounds like a lot of our first cars were anything we could get our hands on, my first was my grandfather's 67 Olds. 88 for $500 . Unlike today's kids, they wouldn't be caught driving in anything of the sort !

For chits and giggles. Sometimes I tell someone that I'm 72 not 62. And the look on their face. :rofl2:

All the talk about all those old muscle car and I guess I am going the opposite direction. I pick this 99 Mazda Miata up from a fellow forum member. Me and my brother are split the cost and he will buy me out when the Z is done. She has a whopping 150whp!https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...bfdfd5bd26.jpg

My daughters first car was a '90 Dodge Shadow that I paid $2,500 for. Figure if she was going to wreck it at some point. I wasn't going to be out much. She never wrecked it.

I can't wait to get it on the track this coming Saturday. Just driving it on the street is crazy fun. It reminds me of driving a go cart!

Looks like it's been track prepped.

Yep, she has all the track essentials. The motor has been rebuilt with forged internals with only 1500 miles on it.

Hotrodz, did you take your block to Seb while you were at it? You didn't get rid of your old trailer yet? I guess
your Z is still sitting inside your new trailer.

Yep, I dropped the block off with Seb and the Z is still in the enclosed trailer. Seb will get the open trailer when I bring Z to him when he is ready for it.
