My area is the same. Green chit everywhere. Can't swing a dead cat around without hitting green chit. My wife is from Denver. She says all the trees here look like broccoli. :rofl2:

Holy Carp! Thats really nice! That would go 1.5 mil easy, in california. My best friend lives in the heart of Silicon Valley, in a 2000 sq/ft 30-40 year old 3 bd house, very small backyard. Theyre getting ready to sell, because the neighborhood is going for over a million on the market.

What would you think a 2,000 sqft brick ranch sitting on a corner lot with 4 bedrooms built in 1956 be worth?

I went to traffic court one time. The judge was a stand in, and he had a chart. One side showed the base fine for whatever offense you commited for the ticket. The other side of the chart showed the price of the fine after taxes and fees. The final price for each fine was more than double the base fine. Rediculous. The stand in judge thought so too, so he told us that if we thought the fine was too much, to ask him to reduce the penalty, and he will consider it (he reduced it for everyone who asked). But as my luck would have it, there was an overflow of cases for that stand in judge for that day. A court clerk came into the room and called off like 20 names to be seen by a Criminal Court judge.. Yeah, I was one of those names. I asked the criminal court judge to reduce my fine, he laughed at me... cost me over 1000 bucks

Depends on the area. Check Zillow for a rough home value

Everything is location, location, location. Paid $112,000 in 2004. Now it would go for $200,000. What I've seen. If I could move the house. Price about 10 miles one way would be $100,000. Move it the other way. It would be $500,000. :rofl2:

Bought our house in media, pa for a song. 3500 sq feet, 2 acres, detached garage and shed. Demand skyrocketed. According to Zillow, we're up 250k since purchase. Even assuming Zillow is off 20%, crazy profit.
