Give the hardest job, to the laziest person. And they will find the easiest way of doing it. Unless they completely screw it up.

At the power plant. I avg 600 hrs a year in overtime. We had guys with 1,300 plus hrs a year. We had 8 hr of over time built into our pay checks.
