Worst christmas/work incident for me was when I was at a family xmas party on christmas day. A user put in an Urgent help desk ticket. I called him and he said that the entire WiFi was down in the container yard - Longshormen had to work manually and production was taking a big hit. Did some basic troubleshooting with him. He confirmed things were down. Left the party, drove an hour to the site. Find out that ONE access point had no power (nothing I could do since that was an infrastructure problem), and that all other access points were working fine. Just no signal in that small area... dude basically lied to me during the troubleshooting.
