I do sleep in my side a lot but this feels horrible. My arm feels dead when I force it into regular positions.

Yup. That could be it. I cant raise my hand over my head without pain. I cant really lift things in front of me either

Do I go to the ER? I can't afford the cost but my regular clinic isn't open until 530pm tomorrow.
