I put them on my Z when my son still had it; they perform nearly as well as the A/S3+'s :ugh2:

My Z has some Firestone FireHawk Indy 500 on the rear and FireHawk Wide Ovals on the front. I don’t much care for them.

Read up on summer tires; don’t drive on them in cold weather :shakes head:
They will crack between treads & can blow out....I know what kinda weather is in SC & having a summer set & winter set isn’t a bad idea :ugh2:

Should probably just drive the Fiat more in the winter months anyway. But hell its been in the 70’s the past few days anyway. XD

Felix_A 12-02-2018 10:12 PM

Plus I don’t have a second set of wheels for the Z for some all seasons to go on. :/

Felix_A 12-02-2018 10:14 PM

If that’s your Z pictured; look like Sport 19’s...the 18” base wheels will fit over the Sport brakes & tires are less expensive

It is and they are. I just painted them white since whoever had it before me had tried to clean them with something weird and the original finish was fubar. I will look into some base wheels. Maybe I can sell the Fiat and break even for what I owe on it. Probably not though. XD

Keep a fwd vehicle for a winter beater,,,January is coldest month & not knowing your daily commute; could be rough on the Z :icon14:

Probably don’t help much but I drive about 15 miles one way, 50/50 interstate/city. Hardly any stop lights though.

Yes. I wanted to go up 10mm front and rear when I replace the tires though.

jchammond 12-02-2018 10:28 PM

Steeler’s are about to lose :ugh2:

You can always put you a nice set of Michelin A/S 3+’s on those wheels & get a set of Nismo or Custom wheels in the spring w/some fatazz rubbers

I was thinking about getting some SSR GTV01’s. Hmmmm. They’re not horribly priced and I like their similar look to the LMGT1 Nismo wheels. Probably got the models wrong on both of those. The Nismo wheels only come in square stance though and only been able to find them in 18’s. Maybe I’m just slow though. XD

I can get almost anything tire rack would have. Was looking at the Michelin PSS but heard they’re being replaced with the 4S.

That took place a good while back & they have also started putting a newer rubber compound on some of the 4s's...that's why you see the same size 2x on some.

My mistake it’s the LMGT4 wheels. Z1 has them listen in 18x9 and 18x9.5.

Shows how far behind I am on the tires. Lol

What do you mean by 2X on the size?

Before you pick out wheel's,,,look through some threads & find what floats your boat....as multitudes of tires will stuff under these fenders  And it's all about what your taste is & nobody else's.
I ran 19x10/12's with 285/35,345/30 Nitto Invo's on Candy Red Forgestar's. & had my 18" base wheels w/all season's...then i got wrecked 45weeks ago :icon14::icon14::icon14::icon14::icon14:

There’s a sponsor thread here with some rose gold Forgestars that I REALLY liked. I don’t believe I saw them on a Z though, or anything for that matter. Offset, backspacing, widths confuse me when I have to combine them and figure out where the edge of the wheel will sit when on the car. I’ve looked through the wheel fitment thread quite a few times trying to get a better idea. Everytime I do thoug I just seem to get more confused. XD I’ll figure it out though.
