Nope lol

But I'll have wheels on Sunday

My schedule is looking like I won't have time to finish up all the work until after Texas vs OU in October - I only have a few free evenings during the week and one weekend with one free day between now and then. Cutting the list back to brakes (rotors/pads/fluid) and oil cooler install plus finishing up the engine bay detailing as things go back together.

That should be easy to knock out.

:iagree:

Detailing is going to take the most time. Must have run over something or had something kick up into the engine bay because it looks like something exploded. The block has a very noticeable layer of dirt/dust on it - I will have to wipe clean the engine bay basically :ugh:

Anyone recommend Motul > Redline for gear oil? Any particular reason? I'm inclined to stick with Redline because it's what I've been using and less expensive. But I've heard good things about the Motul and it's not that much more expensive.

Anyone have any thoughts on solid bushings (diff and subframe)? Was planning on SPL, but I noticed that Z1 sells Nismo solid bushings as well. Any difference between the two?

I have been using Redline gear oils in transmissions and differentials quite successfully in many Zs, as well as other cars, over many years.

Rep Proudly.

I use redline currently but will probably be switching to amsoil whenever the next change is due, no rhyme or reason beyond I can get a few $ saved when ordering it. I think they are pretty much all on par with each other.
