When grilling steaks. They should only be flipped once. And if it's a good steak. You shouldn't have to use any sauce on it.
I've marinaded steaks with different things. Soy sauce, Thousand Islands, etc. Just to try to see what it tastes like. Some good, some not so good. Just had steaks with a rub on it. Lets just say I won't be trying that again. Love going to a Japanese steak House and getting a filet mignon. :yum: And getting hammered on saki. |
