Hillarious thing happened. A girl here offered to buy me lunch today at a mexican place across the street. Ok. I ask for the Milanesa plate. 30min later, she brings me my food. I open the styrofoam container...NOT milanesa, but a cactus dish. ugh.. She calls the restaurant, telling them they gave us the wrong dish, not the Milanesa like we ordered. Ok, come back and we will have a Milanesa dish ready for you. I go to the restaurant. Wait for 15 minutes, foods ready.. ok.. Get to my desk, there are TWO food containers..ugh..no milanesa dish, but TWO MORE CACTUS DISHES!!!!!! too funny to be mad..and i was hungry

Hopefully my ideas come out a little less cheesy. Sucks that there's no real foliage in Texas though. At least not in September when I have to do the photos.

I used to work for Lifetouch National Studios as a "photographer". The title was more impressive than the actual work..lol

Any recommendations on videos to learn properly how to sharpen a knife on a Whitestone followed by using compounds for a strop?

I got a 400/1000 grit stone and a few fine compounds.
