God... I haven't even opened steam in a while. Damn Nintendo switch and monster hunter are all I've been playing lately.

One of the contractors at work play Divinity:Original Sin 2 and is going to help me learn the combat system a bit better. I am getting wrecked in the game lol. Im just outside the tutorial area and I am getting my teeth kicked in by everything.

Just pulled in to a Walmart. Going to do some wallyworld camping tonight. Drove 1,011 miles today. :driving::eek::icon14: Drove from Toledo Ohio to North Platte Neb. I am a glutton for punishment. Just have a short 370 mile drive tomorrow. Have to be there for the wedding rehearsal. :shakes head:

My regional manager decided to be awesome and transferred me back to the shop that's a 10 minute walk away from my house. My manager from the shop I've been working at isn't happy but oh well

That's awesome. I miss my short commute. I used to live .6 miles from where I worked; now, it's 27 miles each way through the heart of Philadelphia. In an ideal world, it's a 35 minute drive. In reality, its between 45 minutes and 3.5 hours.

But I do enjoy my paycheck a lot more now!

Yeah I think the regional manager is trying to keep me happy because I've actually heard him say he wants clones of me at all the other shops (which is also a little odd.) I'll be making more money too because this shop bonuses a lot more

If you notice him collecting your hair, trying to take blood samples, etc, that's when I'd get a little nervous.

I've been lucky.For the last 15 years i haven't had to drive more than a mile to work.The old shop was .9 miles away and my new shop is .7 away.

That's awesome! I envy you, sort of, but it'll be a cold day in hell before I live in the city. I like my 2 acres of land, my friendly but distant neighbors, my well water, and seeing deer/foxes/eagles/black squirrels/etc.
