So out of curiosity, do any of you guys have a radio scanner in your cars? Or just radar detectors? :confused: I might make a thread about this later. I don't think I'll get one, but I was just wondering if any of you guys could tell me how well it works etc and if it's worth the hassle. :)

I think having a police scanner in your car is illegal? Not sure, but I do have a Valentine One radar detector.

(Maybe someone on here is a LEO and could verify if scanners get you a reservation to the sore butt hotel or not)

I know here in NY that scanners and jammers in cars are illegal. But they're legal at a home residence.

Although atleast now im in the realm of getting stuff cheaper than retail which is nice.

I'm sad to say I don't care for the look of those vents. Maybe I'd like them more if they were color matched
