How much do you tip your barber / haircutter?

I go to a salon where only women work. For some reason, women know what looks good on a man, so I let them work on my head. Besides, the eye candy is ALWAYS good there. I pay around $24 for a cut, so I tip my favorite lady $4-5 each time.

About the same as I tip, I don't spend that much though.
