What is the fastest way to send a Payment to Private Seller on Forum

Honestly seller kind of sounds like a douche if he sold something out from under you if you already had an agreement. I realize people back out of things, but I always at least give them a last shot and send them another message with a deadline to send payment.

Paypal is still the best way, and honestly you are still best to pay the 3% fee, dont send it as a gift. That way you have some sort of protection if something goes wrong.
