After 6 weeks, I contacted the company & said "WTF, over? I can't track this in the US, what good is the 'tracking' number?' Their response was 'well, we had a manufacturing problem, (yeah right. Their tracking showed it in Shanghai Dec 8), we'll give you a 10% discount on next order. If it doesn't show up in 30 days, we will refund your money, but send the coat back (nope, you ain't getting it back). :gtfo2:

I don't ever see my home mail carrier (neighborhood box), and we have a new carrier every few weeks at the office. Apparently the head of the post office by our office is a real bitch, so there is ridiculous turnover because no one wants to put up with her bs. Lucky us :ugh2:

One time I bought a $250 pillow online. USPS lost the package, and I had the company ship me out a replacement. Over two months later, the original pillow shows up at my door. They were bad a$$ pillows, so I wasn't going to complain :icon17:
