GTI is damaged needs a new sill. got one ordered, will be fixed as soon as da bit comes in. piece was only 130 and my deductible on da car is 100 so not worth going through insurance. :ugh:

sounded a huge BANG on da expressway coming home, thinking da car either got shot at or a gaping hole in the front bumper from some huge kick up or... dented hood or... and was thinking I should just get a IS350F if it did get some decent damage :excited: yet it was only the bottom of da sill. :wtf:

since my tires didnt go flat, no damage in the wheel wells or arch, I think da faking TL dat was driving next to me kicked something up. too dark to see anything either on the expressway.

Painus?

kenchan 12-29-2016 07:47 PM

Looks like a healthy crap. Painus is more watery and explosive per EW. :ugh2:

Think it would be possible to have the moonbeam spoiler fitted on top of the stock spoiler? Or perhaps have one custom made? I like the moonbeam, but dont like the empty space it leaves that the stock spoiler normally occupies.

I can't see that working. Custom is always an option, but expect it to come with a hefty price tag.

What's wring with just replacing the stock with a moonbeam? I suppose I don't really see the space left behind you're referring to, unless it's further forward than the moonbeam reaches?

What about a mines or powertrix addon? Not quite as much lip as the moonbeam, but it alleviates that space left behind issue. Might be a viable co promise, just thinking aloud of course. Not sure if there is something more like a duckbill addon or not.

THE MINES WOULD BE AN EXCELLENT OPTION.
I HAVE CONSIDERED IT.
THE SPACE THAT IM REFERRING TO IS WHERE THE STOCK SPOILERS "FINS" IF YOU WOULD, LINE UP WITH THE TRUNK LIGHT. THE MOONBEAM LINES UP MORE TOWARDS THE CENTER OF THE LIGHT. IM BEING ANAL, I KNOW.

:wtf2:

Oh and yeah a custom option would be pricy......
