Olive oil is what I use. I assume you have plenty lol

I love to use cast iron for blackened fish (red snapper in particular), country fried steak, cornbread, and just about anything for breakfast.

:iagree: Corned beef hash :yum: potatoes and peppers get that nice crispiness. :drool: Cornbread dis probably my second favorite item for the cast iron.
