The reservoir holds the coolant. The pump is usually located under the reservoir and it pumps the water through the pipes. The pipes connect to a block that sits on the cpu. The water flows through and cools the CPU. The heated water runs from the cpu to the radiator that cools it back off. The radiator has four 120mm fans on it to speed up the cooling process. Same as a car really. :tup: The blue liquid is water that is mixed with a biocide and a dye.

I am hoping to get it done for under $600. Mind that is only the water cooling aspect. The case was $250 and I am moving all my hardware from the case it is in now to the new one. I MIGHT bite the bullet and order a Samsung M.2 SSD drive in the TB range. That will up the bottom line, a lot. :icon17:

In reality my $600 budget will end up just over a grand. :rofl2:

i meant the whole thing... if i was starting from scratch and wanted that. no cpu no ram no nothing lol $
