I am making some small jigs in the workshop for the bending. If I can get my hands on a lathe, I might make a jig for a wicked spiraled line, doubt it will happen, but would be neat.

This is the part I hate, finding good, silent PWM fans that can operate at lower rpms 700-900ish. 4 120mm fans needed for the radiator.
