Try extending your arm out further when using mouse and/or keyboard.
My arm was hurting so bad a few months ago that I couldn't sleep at night.
Raised my chair up (it was busted and sitting all the way down. Home Depot fix) and tried to make a point to extend my arm out when 'puterin'.

Also went to my chiropractor and he helped a huge amount. No more pain.

yah, i changed my office desk setup today and tried to keep my elbow off the table and arm rest at all times, extended my arms a bit too.

i think chiro might be on order if nothing improves in 2 wks.

oh yah, added coolant to my GTI. back to the right level now.

Motordyne headers and HFCs. Z1 motor mounts and Ecutek tune. Already installed Z1 intake plenum, so I'm excited to see the final dyno.

With everything else I've been procrastinating the Z1 motor mounts. I really should have them though. Look forward to your thoughts
