My yearly review was posted last week. Excellent skills and mentality is all areas other than.... working with the user. I have no patience with them, sound condescending, and don't help show how to fix the issue.

I told my boss it's because I deal with slightly trained monkeys here that can be taught 20 different ways to power on a PC but will call IT instead because they're to damn lazy to bend over to reach the power button.

i'm hoping this whole thing with united makes them drop their prices a lot to try and get customers back. i'd book with them to go to europe if it was $600ish lol

I'd still pay someone else to not have to deal with them. Banned for life. I'll pay the little extra.

delta is almost always the most expensive one when flying over seas.

last year with turkish airlines i went to europe for $1,100. delta wanted almost $1,500.

i was pleased with turkish airlines, the food was good (first time i actually ate airplane food and liked it) and the tv had new movies, older movies, documentaries, music, etc.

I'm so sick of not being able to cool the downstairs in the summer or heat it in the winter. Concrete floors do not help in the least, but the zoning should work a lot better than the old system. Plus new wood floors will be installed in the next few months.
