I always found perch small and a pain to filet, but were greasy anyways so weren't really my thing. Now a plate full of Pickerel is another matter all together! :yum: :yum:

Reminds me I have some in the freezer mom sent me. Think I'll take some out for dinner tomorrow. Thanks for the idea :tup:

That whole family of fish is wonderful. I only keep the perch that are 8"+. My dad will keep them even if they are the size I use for northernpike bait. :rofl2:

Hmm that works too. Not sure what is better, Zit or Fizz lol

Definitely has to be one or the other. Somewhere along the way I rember finding a website that will make one off raised chrome vehicle badges. You totally need to get one made for it :p
