That's exactly how high it should be.

I don't understand the people that mount them so high or above a fireplace you have to crane your neck just to see the darn thing.

Doesn't bother me at all. Then again, our switcher, preview and program monitors are all ceiling mounted at work, so maybe I'm just use to it.
