Most of the Suburbs are ok, downtown is having a "renaissance" according to some people, although I think they are wishfully hoping.

My Z will probably never hit sub 5 sec. da csc is just too stupid and won't allow bullet fast engagement. Meaning I don't think it can withstand FFS even if a tune allowed it. :ugh:
