Medal of Honor winner, 90, ordered to remove flagpole

This will come off douchy and I don't intend it that way, but if one wants to do things, like put flag poles in their yard, work on cars in their driveway, and let the grass grow a little long before mowing it, why move somewhere with an HOA? There are plenty of none HOA places to live where one can have all the flags they want.
If you knowingly move somewhere with rules, you have to follow them. As awesome as I think his service to this country is, it doesn't exempt him from the same rules everyone else has to follow.

x2 - the guy can have a flagpole on his porch like everyone else, so what's the big deal? They allow this, then before you know it the neighbor has a pink flamingo....
