As long as you make sure there is enough sprayed on the panel and let it dwell for about 15-20 seconds before wiping, it works really well. As with all spray on washes, be careful with the pressure you put on the MF when wiping off and don't use it on a car that is filthy.

Thanks for the tip, I read up on it and as long as I keep it realativly clean I will save some $$. I have put in a comment card to the complex manager to put in 1 hose to wash cars. He said he liked the idea and will talk it over to the maintenance manager. So maybe by the time I disappear for 6 months they will have one.

That would be great if they did that.
