Had another meeting today. I'll be pulling the trigger on Friday as to who we use as an external tech company to help when stuff breaks that's completely beyond my knowledge. My say will have a huge impact on who we choose to go with for contracts and future projects.

On the same note, they want to eventually either bring someone else in as a tech or have an external temp on-call if I need vacation or a sick day.

With all that being said, i'm still wicked nervous. Budgeting, meetings, project scopes, etc. I've never handled any of that before. i know what to do if the internet breaks. Idk what to do if the CEO asks for detailed scope plan for implementing a brand new Firewall.

*Rates start at $150 per hour for my normal business hours. $300 an hour after my normal business hours. $550 an hour for any holiday or Sunday. My normal business hours are Mon-Tues. 1 pm-2 pm.

I've already put out the fires for today. VPN issues on the CEO's laptop, coordinating with Portugal on tracing an I.P. route, and currently updating our AC/DC servers. I can do the technical aspects.
