1 has a yield sign until all lanes are clear for turning. 2 has automatic right hand turn. 3 has to wait until 2 has turned right. 1 Should be waiting the whole time until coast is clear. Unless the sign near 2 is a weird traffic sign since it's a regular triangle with illegible writing on it. A yield sign is always upside down.

Actually it looks like 2 is going straight to me. Regardless, the order is still the same. 3 waits for 2 to clear the intersection. 1 waits for both of them to clear.

And yeah, that must just be a warning sign of sorts like a pedestrian crossing or workers ahead.

the sign next to (2) is actually saying there is a street coming up to the right. it's saying you can keep going straight or turn right. dont see those signs often. sort of usually close to a blind road or something

You're right. I just assumed everyone was turning. haha. Probably a BMW driver leaving his blinker on while going straight.

I'm not a big baseball fan anyways. It's good to see both teams in the series but rooting for my hometown!
