I immediately called my Honda dealer to ask them about coverage on the Accord. They didn't know, but she immediately emailed the contract language. Airbags and related components are fully included. No ridiculous provisions.

Yea, you've got to escalate it. That's just insane. Hell, send a few nicely worded letter to the NHTSA or something.

Search for a new daily driver has begun (not too seriously tho).

Found a 2008 MT Honda Fit with only 153K miles for $3K :icon17:
