Called up my buddy at Discount Tire (forum member Pearl-Z) to get some new rear tires. Instead, it looks like I'm buying his buddy's pre-2013 sport rims with tires. I'm a little disappointed that the tires are All Seasons :( But the rims are super clean, the tires are basically new, and the price is right :D

I suppose I should hate you, but considering I'm going to be getting a set of similar rims & tires when I get back from vacation, it's all good.

And they are here in KC, from a forum member

I purchased a set in similar circumstances a few years ago. Never even ran the square setup I was hoping to run though. Definitely plan to run square as soon as the rear tires run out :driving:

If you bring your car out to California, I can get you and alignment for free.

All you have to do is pay for the gas to get here.

It is a smoking deal.

:icon17:

Wait.

Not really.

This is sort of funny to say, but I thoroughly enjoyed the Ford Focus's clutch and found it more fun to beat on than the Civic and Z. I loved the sedan more than the hatch even though it had less creature comforts. Steering was tight and throttle response wasn't bad for a simple 5 speed. Already has winter tires on it. I'll just have to make note that i need to be going fast in 3rd or semi-slow in 2nd if I need to punch it quick. 4th was basically flogging a 90 year old.

2012 with 35k miles for $7,500.
