Yeah, oil changes on the Porsche at the dealer are in the $200 range. I think the car uses about 8 quarts of 0W40, so in oil alone, it's about $75. Fortunately, I can get Mobil One for 10% over cost when I buy it from CarQuest. :tup:

At least Hyundai makes an attempt to impress. Both korean junk, just 1 less so than the other.

I can't do any Kia after watching a Forte catch on fire, 2 Optima's get the key stuck in the ignition not allowing the car to turn off, and a Sorento hatch hinge start to rust after a year of ownership.

Which is why I do so much research before I decide, all the way down to tires. If I get the Cayman, it will probably be a summer only car; tires for it are in the same range as the 19" tires for the Z, about $1500 a set. A separate tire fund is a must, $3k annually to keep both toys in shoes, takes a little planning. :tup:

If you're scared about the optima I wouldn't bother with a sonata. The gen youre looking at are mechanically and electrically the same. I've had both as rentals and very little difference outside of styling
