may finally be time to go see a Dr. (Once I find one accepting new patients).

been noticing that every time i walk at a moderate pace, the outer side of my lower left leg gets insanly tight and hurts like hell. I'm obviously pulling or straining a muscle/tendon but have no idea how or why it would be happening. It gets to the point of having to sit and wait a solid 15 minutes for it to settle down.

I golfed yesterday and it ended up happening except I tried to power through it. Bad idea. My left leg is in soooo much pain and I was hobbling around like a 90 yr old yesterday. It's still fairly sore today.

I also met my neighbor with a Grama red Z too. She has traded up every Z model starting with the 280z. I don't think she is on the forum but she said it needed some love and to drive it more.

Is she single?

I need a GF that drives a Z :excited:

I'm teaching mine to drive the Z still. I guess that sorta counts?

I would suggest a physical therapist or a chiropractor that deals in soft tissue therapy as well. Just my two cents from experience.

Hard foam roller, Tiger Balm and stretch.

Stretch done as so: seated with leg straight, flex or pull your toes back towards you. That will stretch the calf muscle. Lots of fluids.

YW:.... fee TBD ;)

Pounding about a gallon on water a day. GF loaned me her tiger balm haha. i hate the smell of this stuff. i don't own a roller so i've been propping my leg up when seated and either rotating my ankle or moving it left/right. Makes the muscle hurt so i assume i'm doing something right.

Just wicked annoying that I can't walk fast at all without this happening every time.

YES! YES I DO! :hello:

GO TO ACADEMY AND GET A FOAM ROLLER. MAKE SURE ITS A HOLLOW TYPE. TRIGGER POINT AND GO FIT ARE GOOD BRANDS. I SUGGEST HOLLOW TYPE SINCE THEY ARE MORE DURABLE AND DONT LOOSE STIFFNESS OVER TIME. A FOAM BALL OR ROLLER BALL WORKS TOO.
