may finally be time to go see a Dr. (Once I find one accepting new patients).
been noticing that every time i walk at a moderate pace, the outer side of my lower left leg gets insanly tight and hurts like hell. I'm obviously pulling or straining a muscle/tendon but have no idea how or why it would be happening. It gets to the point of having to sit and wait a solid 15 minutes for it to settle down. I golfed yesterday and it ended up happening except I tried to power through it. Bad idea. My left leg is in soooo much pain and I was hobbling around like a 90 yr old yesterday. It's still fairly sore today. |

Stretch done as so: seated with leg straight, flex or pull your toes back towards you. That will stretch the calf muscle. Lots of fluids. YW:.... fee TBD ;) |

YES! YES I DO! :hello: GO TO ACADEMY AND GET A FOAM ROLLER. MAKE SURE ITS A HOLLOW TYPE. TRIGGER POINT AND GO FIT ARE GOOD BRANDS. I SUGGEST HOLLOW TYPE SINCE THEY ARE MORE DURABLE AND DONT LOOSE STIFFNESS OVER TIME. A FOAM BALL OR ROLLER BALL WORKS TOO. |
