Thursday = Go-home Day

One of the businesses I'm involved with is making custom watches and accessories. Came across this pic on my imageshack and thought I'd share. A custom leather (llama hide to be exact) watch strap for a buddy who's into Supras. I'll need to come up with a Z version :)

I've been asked more than a few times. They would cost far more than people would be willing to pay for a collar.

Give you an idea a custom hand carved and dyed strap like that Supra one run close to $300. There would be two to three times the material and labour to out into a dog collar.

That said going to make one for my new pup one of these days.

The boys decided today to name him Zed.

That's awesome and good to hear they are being treated the way a family member should be. That's one down side to the military, dog adoption agencies do not let you adopt a companion due to us moving so much and possibly overseas. :shakes head: hence why we had to go through a breeder. But I'm glad we did since cooper has been more than just a furry friend.

Sure I can see where allot of time and labor and workmanship is applied.

I paid good money or something similar in Singapore and the cooper did not like the way the leather felt on his long fur. :shakes head:

The collar now sits in a drawer and sees light whenever I grab my stuff to make beer.
