No idea how I got a ticket for a car I don't own and in a city I've never been to. Only things correct on the ticket are my name and address.

That one should be solved with a phone call. If it was a work day, submit time sheets that proves you were at work. I got one of those from KCMO, I called the clerk of the court and got it removed.
