In fact, after the roasting and then grinding comes a critical step. It is called 'de-gassing" where they allow the released gasses to escape before packaging. Otherwise, the packages, K-cups, bags, cans, etc. explode.

De-gassing made me think of Mr. EW for some reason.

my G passed emissions with flying colors. :D did some shopping, got fuel on the way back and worked on some bills i couldnt get to earlier in the week.

had some noodles for lunch, going to take a quick nap and decide if i want to pull out my STI or not.. was too wet this am to pull out my Z.
