I'd buy a loaded Lancer GT still. Fun little car when I test drove one before I got the civic. Only reason I didn't get it was because it was auto.

Good morning everyone. I think I'm back to normal. Admittedly, I've been out of sorts since returning from my trip and going back to work. Couldn't quite put my finger on it, but feel better today and am looking forward to the holiday weekend. Hope everyone has a good day.

I survived another Midwest late spring/early summer round of severe weather. We had quarter sized hail about 10 yesterday morning where I work, with Belle sitting exposed in the parking lot :eek: Fortunately, no damage. :tup: Went home early and parked her in the garage and stayed put. Lots of rain, straight line winds and a little more small hail before that system blew through. There were lots of Bradford pear trees that had lost limbs last night, one tree snapped about 4 foot off the ground. :eek:

Glad all is well, Ghost. We had a pretty good storm last night, but thankfully no tornadoes or hail. Hopefully, that was the last spring storm of the year for y'all.

The Z got fresh oil so naturally had to take it for a spirited spin :tup: Surprised there was so many nice cars on the expressway. When I merged into traffic there was a really nice looking old Jag behind me. It had awesome metallic rootbeer paint :yum:. Looked amazing when the sun hit it. I was passed by a Z4 and it made me drool a little bit. One of these days I need to see if my fat *** would actually fit in one. :icon17:

The problem is there are so damn many people out there where that is the case. When I occasionally have to buy odd parts, I generally do my research. It's really frustrating when I go to buy the part and the sales person knows less about it than my couple of hours of research :shakes head:

Just had that discussion a few minutes ago. I have to send a part of our device to a new sales rep. Now I can't send the current build, that part fits in a Pelican 1690 case (rather large and heavy) and it won't fit inside anything smaller than a small crossover (think Juke). I have to send one of the new enclosures that fits in a Pelican 1610 (a little bigger than a carry on roller bag). None of the sales people have spent any time with me (since I build them, I should be the one teaching them how to use it, so I can tell them how to fix common issues they might see). The only training they have is how to plug it in, turn it on, start the app and use the app. I've gotten calls from ALL of them about an issue that would have been covered in my training. I've come to the conclusion that the zombie apocalypse is upon us.... :icon14:
