Well, my friend moved into a downtown condo over 10 years ago and it was $2500 then for 2 bedroom (~1400 sf). But they've been having trouble keeping it full, so you can still find one for ~$2750. A few places are charging $5K+ for just a one bedroom - they must think a lot of themselves.

Normal rentals in other parts of town are going to be $1200 and up for 2 bedroom typically.

If anyone is good with Adobe Premier Pro, let me know. I need to start studying the basics. I was fooling around with it last night since my camera rig setup within the Z worked out nicely. Need to find better mounting areas though since I got a lot of bumpy video.
