so this morning i'm driving to work and all of sudden i hear a thump. so i thought someone threw something at my car. i look right immediately and see nothing. then as i'm turning my head straight i hear another thump and it splatters across my windshield. i get out the car and i got bird bombed. my roof had 4 hits, my quaterpanel 1, and my windshield one.

makes me want to start bird hunting -_-

yah, it goes on my STI's side mirrors. i know subaru sells the JDM wide angle lenses for the factory mirrors, but since i drive multiple cars i dont want my head to mess me up when i get in my STI and think the cars on the driver side are farther than they really are and cut them off. :ugh:

I carry a bottle of speedshine and clean MFs in a gallon zip lock just for these occasions lol. Shooting birds is lots of fun, swing by the houde and we can take out a few turkeys :icon17:

where do u guys mount the convex mirrors on ur side mirrors? closer to car or farther from car? :confused:

yah, my car has bird crap emergency gear too. i just roll up the paper towel in my palm with disposable gloves at the end, pull the glove over the towel and tie it inside out like a balloon. then the crap wont come falling out. :ugh:

When they take off, it is really loud. It scares the crap out of me if they get startled when it is dark outside and fly out of the trees.

My old apartment there was a flock of them every morning in my side yard. so one day when taking my dog out we decided to scare them off and they flew into the trees and scared my dog when they took off.
