I'm really contemplating getting either another basic GoPro or a shotgun mic for my DSLR to start doing videos about daily funny stuff, rides in the Z, commentary from the GF, and my spastic awesomeness on general things.

Just ordered a cheapie shotgun mic and a decent gymbal stand with suction cups so i can mount it to my car. Now to somehow promote my non-existent vidoes lol

Im thinking about making a handheld mount for my drone gimbal. I have the selfie stick for the go pro so maybe I can integrate it to the gimbal. super steady video for the win. :tup:

Evening y'all. Just got home from ZDayZ and I'm beat. Outside of almost dying in Nashville today (not exaggerating) and the fact that someone backed in to my car Saturday night while it was parked at the end of the driveway, I had a great time. I'm bummed that I didn't meet EW, but there's always next year.

Yeah, it does suck. Accidents happen, but the fact that another Z owner would do this (at a Z event nonetheless) and not leave a note, or knock on the door of the cabin to own up to it... Words cannot express my disappointment and anger. Selfish, childish, and irresponsible. I was going to go on a rant in the ZDayZ thread, but what's the point? The SOB knows they did it and karma's a bitch.

Regarding the Scratch-X, I appreciate it, but I've already tried that. I washed the car Sunday afternoon when the resort became a ghost town and had hoped Scratch-X would remove the paint transfer, but no dice. I'm going to work on it tomorrow and decide which course of action to take. Again, I appreciate the offer.

Mrs. Dr. onzedge™ earned her DVM in 1989 and went into private veterinary practice and did that for several years. She grew to not like it - -mainly because of all the stupid things she saw people do their pets.

She went back to school at UC Davis and earned her PhD in infectious diseases. Now she is the Attending Vet at UC Merced and also directs teams of geneticists and biologists who manipulate genes and manufacture mice.

Yea, that's just horrible. Keep us updated how it turns out. Glad you had a fun time though and made it back safely. I really need to come next year to meet everyone.
