Kernchan, I drove the girlfriends Note. I freaking loved it. Was doing Scandinavian flicks on her street. It was quiet. Went wot in 5 inches of snow without any hesitation. Double din radio. Audio sucked. Seats were mediocre. Amazing viewing angles even compared to the civic. Gas pedal had plenty of foot coverage. Brakes were sharp and even a little touchy. The speedometer is a little tiny to read.

Ordered some new collared shirts for polo assn. Since my new shirt I found at the mall fit perfectly from them. Girlfriend got me a handmade scarf that looks amazing. We are now enjoying out 1793 bottle of wine.

Here is the pastries we had tonight at he winery. Turns out their 2013 vintage Cabernet Franc is much better than last years. The pastries were from the same dude as last years release and he is opening his own shop. Needless too say I got wine drunk and we came home with $100 in wine.

2013 was an excellent year for wine apparently - I am aware of quite a few vineyards claiming it was their best crop in several decade (including some serious French Bordeauxs)

The wine maker said it had to do with a dry hot summer. The grapes that year started to grow 2 weeks early and they harvested then a little over 2 weeks early so that had some play in it. Last years vintage was more rich and spicy for a cab franc. But this one was fruity and had some rasberry note to it. But then again it was bottled in nov so it was relatively "young" wine. But it was great and so was the atmosphere. That winery knows my wife and I by first name and always know when we're coming. The owner is very personable too. We already placed our order for when we move to whales vagina this summer so we done miss out on their limited award winning Gewürztraminer they will have ready in July.
