Thank goodness, no. It was probably just my battery tie down electrically interacting with the battery. I put the coated OEM one back on just in case.

a while back my socket adapter fell and hit both poles on my dd. it was a HUGE spark and the adapter flew out of the engine bay. i was about to go call greatnecks to kick someone's faking arse for making a defective ratchet. :mad:

Trust me, everything was already "flushed". I'm still sipping gatorade and the girls here think I look tired as hell. I know I should eat, but have no appetite.

my buddy had an avocado tree and a lemon tree in his back yard (socal). he didnt like neither so i use to go grab a few to make guacamole dips with my wife. :yum:

I guess an avocado tree doesn't have to grow fruits at all. They can be fully mature and never grow anything.

i think the more you go the more cavities you have. i never go and never have cavities. am i onto something here??

Not so much a short as a continual interference with the electrical properties of the battery. OEM battery tie downs are coated to prevent this interaction.

huh, interesting. ive not bought a fancy battery tie down on any car ive owned so..

and :rofl2: yah, im not really into expensive batteries. the 'normal' ones work just fine from my experience.

I spent $40 on the damn thing knowing that it was going to sit under a battery compartment cover :ugh: :icon17:

But I dug through my parts bin and found the OEM one pretty quick. It was in a ziploc bag with the OEM shifter assembly and oil cap :tup:

like my nismo oil cap.. noone can see it since i never pop the hood in public places. :D
